TasteAtlas continues to generate buzz with its culinary rankings, though not without occasional controversy:
Their September 2023 roti canai ranking saw Singaporean establishments Mr and Mrs Mohgan and The Roti Prata House topping their recommended eateries despite listing it as a Malaysian dish
A March 2023 classification of kaya toast as a Singaporean sandwich similarly stirred debate among food enthusiasts
This latest recognition reinforces Singapore's position as a global gastronomic powerhouse where traditional flavors meet innovative preparation techniques in every wok-tossed masterpiece.
